Q. How big are the leaves?
A. Copper vary slightly but 110mm x 100mm
Wooden replica 100mm x 100mm x 3mm
They are made from natural materials so will have natural variations.

Q. Do I own the copper leaf with my message on, and can I have the copper leaf sent
to me instead of it being put on a tree?
A. No, you are paying for the inscription of your message on the leaf to become part of
a large tree. You can purchase a wooden replica leaf with your engraved message on
as a keep sake.

Q. Can I purchase more than one copy of my wooden replica with my engraved
message?
A. Yes, you can just add/increase the quantity before adding to basket

Q. Can I buy more than one leaf?
A. Yes, you can, just keep adding to your cart and writing new messages

Q. Can I purchase a branch of leaves so they are all kept together?
A. This is possible but please get in touch with us via our contact page to discuss your
requirements.

Q. How long does it take from my order until I receive my wooden replica with my
engraved message?
A. We aim to engrave and despatch/post within ten days.

Q. How many leaves are there on a tree?
A. That really depends on the size of the tree. We are aiming to make large Fountain of
Giving trees to make it even more spectacularly stunning and have huge visual
impact to all who visit and become a part of it. I would say most will have 25-50,000
leaves.

Q How long will it take to build the tree?
A. That depends on how quickly the individual messages for the leaves are sold. Once
we have sold half the number of leaves on a tree, usually 15,000, we start building. It
could be 6 months or more after your purchase. We also need to make sure the
public site is ready to receive it.

Q. When will I know my tree is installed at my chosen location?
A. You will receive a notification email with all the relevant details.

Q. When can I go and see the tree with my engraved message on?
A. As soon as the tree is installed and the site is open to the public.

Q. How often can I go and visit the tree with my message on?
A. You can visit as many times as you wish, as long as the site is open to the public.
Some sites will have open and closed times.

Q. Will I be able to see the leaf on the tree with my message on?
A. You may be able to see your message on a leaf but the majority will be too high up
to see or read, however we will be taking a photo of each leaf and giving it a number
(same as your certificate) so you will be able to put your unique number into an
electronic device next to the tree to view your leaf. We also hope to take a drone video of every leaf on the built tree from top to bottom when it is first installed.

Q. How long does the leaf stay on the tree in my chosen location?
A. The tree will remain on site for years, however if there is a need to re-home the tree
to another accessible location for any reason we will let you know via email if you
have agreed to our terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Q. How will the tree raise funds for charities?
A. People who see and visit the tree’s throw coins into the pond below and make
wishes. These wishes are gifted to charities. There will also be electronic collection
points beside the tree to enable people to make donations.
